Improper credit card charges

I purchased an Ifit Profroma 15 months ago. I was charged $459 12 months after I purchased the trainer. The company acknowledges the wrong charge but will not return the money - "passed the 30 day window". They will not recognize the $180 charge, even though I showed proof, which is in their imaginary 30 day window.

Sick of iFit not working

Three months after purchasing the main computer froze and needed to be replaced after one of iFit updates. Took six months to get the part. Now after I turn on the bike everything uploads to the programs but when you select your choice the screen goes black and states that iFit is not working at this time. I have to call tech support and run through restarting. Every single time! Spent your money elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service

Called ICON RPS because of problem with bike pedal. Technician came and said he ordered part. No word for months. Turns out I was supposed to order part. Ordered part that was on technician's report. Part arrived. Technician came again, and I was charged for a service call. Technician said it was the wrong part. Called ICON RPS and they insisted it was the right part. They said that they would call me back. They never did. I called today and asked for a refund. Was told the part was past the warranty date. So I paid for two service calls and a part ($437), and my bike doesn't work. I think I may have paid less for my new bike. S

This company is appalling!! I bought an Elliptical machine that is 1 year old. The incline does not work so had it "diagnosed" - they said motor was broken; bought the part and had it installed --- still broken. So called their tech dept. to set up a technician for a home service visit...IT TOOK ME 4Hours and their billing dept gave me some BS answer as to why charge authorizations kept failing on their end!! THEY ARE THE WORSE! If you can avoid them...PLEASE DO

iFIT - Happy with my bike
I was given this bike for a reduction of price in exchange for my honest feedback. The exercise bike is super convenient to use and great to have. Ive had amazing workouts on it that left me really sweaty and empowered. The assembly was quick and simple to complete. I would recommend buying another bicycle seat to use instead. The seat is hard, narrow and uncomfortable.

Frustrated with them about not resolving my iFIT not working property

When using the S22i bike, I have been getting a message - unfortunately IFIT has stopped working. Their tech support has given me a run around to check everything from my router to rebooting the bike. Nothing has helped, it is obviously a software issue caused by one of their updates. They are refusing to acknowledge this. Only one technician did. My $2200 bike is worthless right now.

I received my NordiTrack EXP 7i and was very excited to give it a try. Looks like a very sturdy and well-built machine. The assembly was a little hard at first up until we decided to listen to the instructional tutorial which made it a lot simpler. The motor seems powerful but very quiet. It has an easy touch screen, 3 speed fans, and it's Bluetooth equipped. I've been using for 2 wks now and the technology behind it is amazing. Should last for many years. I received this treadmill in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. Rosy
