Preferred solution: Acknoledgement they saw my email and a thank you and assurance they will follow up on this third party selling of their memberships.
User's recommendation: only secure products/memberships directly from I-fit, or a major retailer that sells NordicTrack equipment

I fixed the problem myself after finally receiving the information I needed. The company had nothing to offer me at the time I requested help, and it was only because the part I needed came with instructions that I was able to resolve the issue. The entire experience caused me totally unnecessary grief and frustration and could have been resolved if company representative had even a slight clue as to how things work..
I had no other option but to order a new bungee and request a service call from a technician to install the part since ICON would not provide any information. The service call was charged IN ADVANCE at $159.00. I was told I would be contacted within 5-7 business days...
Customer service offered to sell me a new bungee but could not provide any details on how to replace it.
I was told this was due to "liability" concerns. I DON'T GET IT - YOU'LL SELL THE PART AND NOT GIVE A CLUE AS TO HOW TO REPLACE IT?

Preferred solution: I was forced to schedule a service call, which would have been totally unnecessary had the company been able to provide a routing diagram for the bungee. If they would refund the service call I would be satisified.

Trying to sign in on my elliptical machine

Customer Service is horrible
Our computer went out on our X15i commercial treadmill and I have been patiently waiting for the replacement. I reported this back on 1/19/23.
It's now 4/6/23 and we still don't have a replacement. Online chat with Paige P was rude and I disconnected and called in. All they can tell me is that it's still on back order and they don't have an expected shipment date. This is what is on the website "How long will it take to receive my parts?"
Typically parts ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 10-14 business days.
We will let you know if your order is expected to take longer than this.
I have had NO communication from them at all. I have called in 3 times, no update!
They said they will credit out iFit account once we receive the replacement. I bet they don't follow through on that either!
