IFIT refunded the fees

Ok Folks. I must say IFIT stepped up and refunded my yearly subscription fees. I am not sure if it was because of this posting or that I called my credit card company and had them contact the company, however the fees have been returned.I highly hope that from this experience and others that were posted, IFIt will consider: 1) cancel the automatic billing and forward an invitation yearly for customers to continue or opt out 2) Provide the option to cancel membership on their website.

You wake up..check your email and see that your credit card has automatically been charged for membership the same day it set up to renew. No prior email sent as a reminder (HINT 1) as WELL KNOWN companies are so kind to do as a sign of great customer service.

You go on the website searching where the automatic payment option is even located (HINT2) and it's nowhere..You go to cancel your membership and it informs you that cancelling does not offer a refund (HINT3). This is obviously not a company with ethics.

Never again will I buy equipment through this vendor . Beware!

Reason of review: billing ethics.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

iFIT Cons: Cancellation policy, Fact no heads up email on automatic payments.
