Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Service tech arrived today and was amazed at the totally botched setup by the White Glove contractor.Everything fine... Tech was EXCELLENT.

Our elliptical trainer was delivered on April 25 with 'White Glove' setup. ($199).

Before the delivery guys even left, we saw that the left arm was in upside down... yep... facing down... the moved it.

Then after they left, my wife stepped on the foot pedal which immediatly fell off taking her with it. The retainers that hold the arms in place on both sides are missing. Then we started looking. No grease on any bearings, the arms are reversed...

right to left, the front support with the wheels is on backwards, plastic pieces do not fit properly.

We have started going on 3 customer service tickets.... sent pictures of all of the issues with documentation, spent hours waiting on hold What does it take to get a response from someone at this company?????

User's recommendation: Extremly poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
