IFIT Customer Service....Beware!!!!

Ifit, customer service and billing is horrible. The wait times exceeded 40 mins. Rude people. They fraudulently charges by credit card for a membership on my treadmill I never agreed too. Beware letting this company have any cc information. Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Stay away!
