Refused to Cover Repair for Issue Created During Warranty Repair
Refused to Cover Repair for Issue Created During Warranty Repair. I had someone come out to fix my Pro Form IFIT elliptical.
It has taken 3 service calls and on the third call he ordered a part and when they sent the part, ICON said it was for a new claim (not related to the original) and not covered. Meanwhile, I have not used the device in months and of course, my warranty expired in the middle of this saga and now they want me to pay for the repair.

Rower electronics
Apparently the Wi-Fi connection dropped and I could not sign in. I was frustrated because i could not solve the issue on my own.
The iFIT colleague was patient and thorough and walked me through a process to address and resolve the problem.
I was unable to get to the settings mode without customer support.

Verified Buyer |Bike will not turn in
While I was doing a class my bike just died on me and will not turn back on. I have tried resetting it, unplugging it and then Re plugging it and it will not do anything.
Proform bike not working
I spent three hours on the phone with multiple people in multiple departments. Each time I had to provide the model and serial number again to each rep.
Part came and it still does not work. The monitor was replaced but the machine will still not turn on.

Have someone available on the weekend! Cant sign on, says email or password wrong .
Changed password, says sign on successful on phone, but at top of screen says email or password wrong!! Very frustrating.
Resolved: Stealing my membership
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
This is the 2nd time I havent been able to use the program I purchased because iFIT want me to pay for a newer version which is more money. Its a disgrace the way we are treated I have been holding on a hour already. I will repot this to the bbb
Absolute frustration with new process to start workout-
It is now a huge pain to simply workout. I must have my phone, get a code or log in all over again.
It makes me want to quit ifit. Why did you change it to make it so extremely frustrating to work out?
It was easy before. Rethink this failure.

I have had an iFit account for more than 6 years; the customer service is the worst ever. They don't understand the equipment, are not knowledgeable and are rarely helpful.
For example; I had an individual membership, wanted to renew; kept getting coupons for discounts, etc. Tried to click on the links, they never worked. Tried to chat and every representative said, you can't do that, buy a family membership. I live alone, I don't need a family membership.
SEVEN months later, I finally get a representative who says, "sure no problem; you are grandfathered in..." WHAT? Then, I want to ask a simply question...can I create an automatic interval training... like a run/walk/run schedule for the machine to speed up/slow down automatically. Tried to chat - no one available (it's the middle of the work day???) Called customer service; waited on hold for 35 minutes to get a woman who said she had to wait for the translator to explain what I wanted...WHAT?
She had to ask me SEVEN verification questions to make sure I was who I said...it's a treadmill, folks!
All to ultimately say, "Yes, ma'am you can do that...you need to press the speed button to speed up and then slow down." Um, my head literally exploded...Are you saying, it's a manual process? "yes, ma'am"
- Customer service is the worst ever

IFIT not working
NOTHING!!! Workout will not start, takes for ever to move from one screen to another, and after finally getting to a workout, it will not start!
Extremely dissatisfied with IFit, I did reboot and there was an update, however, the workout still did not start!! Will try again tomorrow, if same, I will cancel my IFIT subscription.

At the end of 2024, iFit is requiring a family membership plan to access any new content. The single membership plan will have no new content.
If you don't pay for a membership, all the features are obsolete. They are pricing single people out of membership with a fourfold increase.
Why spend thousands on a treadmill to have monthly payments for membership on top of the cost of the treadmill? Save yourself the trouble and buy a different treadmill.
- Love the different trainers and places they go
- Expensive treadmill and too much of an increase in monthly charges
Preferred solution: Keep my current single user plan and get new content as was agreed upon when I signed up

No music and my last ride didnt count why it dont start off like you used to show how many rise I had what I need to complete and I dont have no music once again and it seem like every time I jump on my bike I have to sign in. I never did that before thank you.

I have been here for almost 2 hours. I can't start my treadmill.
I have an elliptical and a row machine. That's NordicTrack, but my NordicTrack treadmill won't work with the password, even though I changed it.

They sell poorly crafted fitness equipment and do not hold up to their warranty I have never in my life witnessed such unprofessional service in my lifetime. They repeatedly sent out the wrong parts left screws in my garage alongside the un assembled equipment which put a screw in my tire now Im having to deal with junk in my garage as well as a flat tire on my car!

So we purchased a NordicTrack Studio Cycle S22i Back in September 2020. At first we liked it and all was well.
About 3 months in it stopped having any resistance. We called for help, they shipped us apart and told me to replace it to fix the problem. I am fairly mechanically inclined and can fix most things. This was no easy task and I had no instructions, but I did it.
1 month later, the incline fails. We call again. This time the part is back order 3 months we cannot use the bike as it stops responding to commands. Again, no easy task for me to replace.
It hits me at this point why am I replacing parts on an item that is in warranty??? Then the latest, At some point last year they pushed a mandatory software update that caused the machine to not turn on at all, bad enough there is a whole class action suit about this very issue. I called to see if they would repair it. I call in.
after30 minutes on hold the rep chats with me and initiates a video call to take picture of the machine. She goes and talks to her "colleague" about what the issue is and how to handle it since I know about the lawsuit. When we are all done she comes back and says that even though my problem is EXACTLY what is described in the class action, it is caused by a different part not covered by it and I will need to pay for the part to have it repaired. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with NordicTrack or iFit again.
I will however wait until that class actiopn settles and then they will have to repair it for free. Now What do I do with this paper weight that we have not been able to use for a year until then?
