Ifit - Unable to cancel member

I could not activate my treadmill without signing up. I was offered immediate cancelation and have been unsuccessful. Where can one complain and get help?

Ifit - Still charging my credit card

For three years in January they charged my credit card. I stopped the service 3 years ago. Each year I end up calling them with no results. Each year I have to dispute the charges with my bank. This is a hassle. My advice do not sign up for their service.

You are forced to put in a credit card number online to initially start your equipment, then they keep your membership trial even when you call to cancel within 24 hours of the trial end date. I called first thing Monday morning following my trial end date because they...

Their website states call 1-866-896-9777 for a refund if you are not completely satisfied. I was on hold for an hour but they processed my refund and emailed me a confirmation...

I bought a treadmill, Weslo brand, Cadence model, from Walmart. Assembled it and plugged it in. So, to start the thing, you're supposed to go to a website for IFIT?? When you go there, the only options are for you to sign up for a monthly service fee of $39 to get your...

We purchased an exercise bike that apparently requires a credit card number to register. I did not want to give them a credit card number but want to make the bike do something other than say"Hello" every time I push a button. I spent 2 1/2 hours on hold, waiting for...

I agree. I would not have purchased the ProForm 965 CT treadmill, if I knew the only way to make the treadmill operational, was to give iFit Coach our credit card information....

Ifit - Beware of cancellation policy and non-existent support

I purchased a membership to trial it for 30 days because their website said 30 day money back guaranteed. The same day I purchased it, I decided to cancel because the app is clunky and not user friendly. When I tried to cancel via the website, it said I was not eligible for the refund which is odd because my purchase and cancellation timeframe fell within the 30 day window. When trying to contact customer support, that's when I realized how bad their service really is. I was on hold for HOURS. I emailed, called, and tried the online bot. Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and get it removed. I now understand why so many people complain about iFIT. I hope potential buyers see this review before considering purchasing.

IFIT is a RIPOFF

Its way overpriced and I was forced to sign up when setting up my treadmill which sucks because I never would have on my own. Regardless I signed up on 12-1 @ 2pm cst and set a reminder to myself to cancel on 12-31. Well surprise I got charged on 12-30 at 11:00pm cst. Somewhat my fault because instead of this being 1 month free it was 30 days I should have payed closer attention. But again no way is the product worth the $16 they charged me or anything even close maybe $5 though I still wouldn't have bought it for that and considering I technically cancelled in under 30 days to offer no sort of refund and never respond to my email asking about a refund seems ridiculous to me. These are tactics of a sham company forcing people to sign up and hoping they forget to cancel.
