So, my bike has not been operable since July 2023. I've been sent three monitors, all new wires of which the poor technician keeps returning and attempts to make my bike work but to no avail.
I've spoken to AJ, Linda and most recently Wayne at the customer service department. They do not sound empathetic to my frustration nor do they provide a manager to speak to when asked. Latest is they will be sending, yet again ANOTHER console and wire at which time I will need to wait for the technician to check again. This is after AJ had indicated I would get a replacement bike but since there were no notes indicating that, they keep trying to send more consoles and wires.
I have collection of them at this point.
I had asked to check the recording of my conversations with AJ but nothing there too. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I am writing this review because I purchased a Treadmill from Nordic Track in 2020 and had an issue with the software of the equipment (iFit) in that time and now I am having the same issue with the equipment console and display that is not working and I cannot do my workouts (it is exactly the same symptom / issue as 2021, when they sent a technician to my home who detected the issue with the equipment and request to replace the complete console and fixed at that time). The problem is that this moment, I had created a case #2280**** few days ago with no satisfactory answers so far and I tried to call to their customer service team and they are just transfering my calls from one to another representative and do not resolve my issue. It is really frustrating when you purchase an expensive TReadmill and cannot do the workouts due to lack of support, I just need a technician to come to my home and resolve the issue accordingly.

I bought a NordicTrack 14.9 Commercial Elliptical in July 2023 (3 months ago). Since that time, I have had multiple issues with the software and mechanical components.
I've spoken with technicians over the phone and in person at my house trying to fix this machine. Every time one problem is supposedly corrected, another problem arises within a few days. Today, I received an email from Nordicktrack IFIT Support that said my recent maintenance request was denied because the machine was out of warranty. I tried to return this machine and was denied.
Here are a few of the problems I've faced: (1) WOULD NOT WORK IN MANUAL MODE (2) REQUIRED POWER RESET TO USE EACH TIME (3) COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE WIFI FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE (4) LOUD GRATING NOISE THAT GOT WORSE WITH USE - REPLACED FLYWHEEL (4) RESISTANCE MODULE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY (5) CLICKING NOISES COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE MACHINE. I've done everything I know to do by the Users manual. This machine is costing me time and money, missed work waiting for a repair man, frustration because I cannot use it, decreased fitness, etc. If anybody can help me other than calling the usual phone numbers, please help!

Nordic Track X9i ifit removed with latest firmware update
I did a firmware update today on my X9i incline trainer. With this update the ifit support was removed.
In addition to that, I lost the capability to connect to the internet, lost built in music streaming, unable to log workouts and have them sent to my e-mail etc.
This is unacceptable. Ifit was one of the main features of the Nordic Track X9i and that has now been disabled. That would be like a car company disabling the Apple Car Play feature or a cell phone company removing the ability to use wifi on your phone.
I want to know if there is a class action lawsuit against Nordic Track and iFit. I either want a full refund or a hefty discount on a newer machine that has the ifit and wifi connectability feature.

I am writing that because I cannot get the support that I need from iFit and NordicTrack on a repetitive issue that I am having with my console and display that doesn't connect to the software. It is the 2nd time that I am having this issue and last time (around 2021) and the technician came to my home, ordered parts to be replaced and fixed the issue, but now, I am calling to all different customer service phone number and they are just transferring my call from one person to another and no resolution.
It is frustrating to pay around 2K in a Treadmill and not have working and do not get the support that you need. I just need a technician to come to my home, check the issue (that looks like is exactly the same as happened before) and replace the parts, if needed.t purcgDo no

Hi Thiago - The iFIT Team would like to see how we can be of assistance with getting your problem resolved. Would it be possible to share your full Case Number or preferred means of contact (email, phone, etc) so we can assign a member care teammate to assist you?
Finally I got someone from iFit technical support team to support me with my case and now it is resolved. I would suggest to iFit customer service team to be more diligently on customer's request to avoid to have "pissed customers" like me in the future.
