I purchased the ifit program. Was told I would receive a free activity band.

Never got it! When I called and asked they said there was nothing they could do. The ifit program does not work on my treadmill it does not connect well to the wifi, the the treadmill is right below our router. I thought I cancelled the automatic renew.

Well I was charger for another year of this service I cannot use.

I did not get a notice I was going to be charger only saw it in my bank account. When I called to get my money back they refused.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I spent 27 minutes on hold and then disconnected. Nordic Track ought to split from iFit and move to FitBit!
